Páll Hreinsson is a professor of law in the lawfaculty of the Univerisity of Iceland. He is the chairman of the board of the Data Protection Authority in Iceland and a member of the board of The Icelandic Research Council and the Center for Ethics. He is the chairman of the board of the Commission on Electronic Administration appointed by the priminister.
