Information concerning non-members from authorities for personal data protection :
because of a limited number of places, only the first 200 registered will be accepted.

Payment

Payment will be made :
 
  • By transfer to the following account :

    For transfers from accounts abroad Code SWIFT : BDFEFR PPCCT
    Please indicate the name of the participant on the bank transfer, or else payment will not be taken into account.
     

  • By cheque payable to the CNIL and should be sent to the agency Participe Present at the same time as this form.

Payment by Traveller's cheque, cash or credit card will not be accepted.

Once your payment has been received, your inscription will be registered. An invoice will be sent to you by return post.

If you wish to obtain an invoice before making payment, please check the appropriate box in the form.

In the event of cancellation, you will be refunded the full amount (not included the 15,24€ -100FF registration fee) of payment if the request is made before July 31, 2001. After this date, no refunds will be made.

Transportation and accommodation fees will be at the expense of the participant.
