The 23rd international Conference of Data Protection Commissioners has adopted by acclamation the following resolutions:

1. the accreditation procedure of personal data protection authorities ;

2. in application of Section A, Paragraph 2, Point 2 of the above mentioned procedure, the composition of the first accreditation committee is made of the authorities of New Zealand, United Kingdom and France.
