Former marketing manager of the French subsidiary of Experian, Arnaud Belleil is a co-founder and Marketing Director of Cecurity.com, one of the first personal data protection firms in France.

He is also teaching at the Institute of Political Studies of Rennes and author of "e-Privacy", the first publication in France dedicated to the personal data protection market.
