You cannot make hotel reservation on line.

 

Rooms have been pre-reserved for the participants of the conference.
The June 15 deadline is imperative if you wish to benefit from this pre-reservations.

With this reservation, it will be asked to you obligatorily to join a deposit for an amount indicated below corresponding to the category of the chosen hotel. The hotel deposit will be transmitted to the reserved hotel and deducted from your final bill which you must settle before leaving.

Very important:
No reservation will be made if the present form is not accompanied by the corresponding payment.
 

Cancellation

In event of cancellation, you will refund the full sum of your payment (not including the 100 FF – 15,24€ registration fee) if you cancel before June 15, 2001. After this date, no refunds will be made.

Transportation and accommodation fees will be at the expense of the participants.
